No. You can book directly with us. Previous tests or reports help with the assessment but are not required.
We record parameters such as breathing, oxygen and brain activity during a night's sleep, at home or in the clinic. It's painless and the results are interpreted by our specialists.
Yes, in most cases. The home study is comfortable and suitable for apnea screening. More complex cases may require in-lab polysomnography.
We usually deliver the report and explanation in a follow-up consultation, around two weeks after the test — the whole process can be done without leaving home.
Consultations are held online, with full convenience. Sleep tests are done at home: we send a team to your home and you receive all the instructions. We carry out tests across all of mainland Portugal.
Yes. Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the recommended first-line treatment and can have lasting results without medication's side effects.
