Consultations are held online, with full convenience. Sleep tests are done at home: we send a team to your home and you receive all the instructions. We carry out tests across all of mainland Portugal.

Yes. Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the recommended first-line treatment and can have lasting results without medication's side effects.

No. At checkout you can enter your insurer's details and submit for reimbursement afterwards.

The first consultation takes around 45 minutes — enough time to review your sleep history, answer your questions and agree on the next steps.

We do not sell CPAP equipment directly. When treatment is indicated, we provide the guidance, the prescription and the clinical follow-up. The equipment is supplied by companies specialised in home respiratory care, according to the prescription arrangement and the conditions applicable to each case — companies entirely independent from the clinic.

Delivery, set-up and collection are scheduled in advance. Our team or partner comes to your home, installs the equipment and explains how to use it. Once the test is done, the equipment is collected at your home — you never have to travel.

Yes. Prescriptions are issued electronically and clinical reports are made available digitally. Statements or medical certificates can be issued when clinically justified. All clinical documentation is filed in the patient's clinical record, in line with the applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements.
